**About Us**:
Heart Services is a leading hospitality company, with multiple venues in Perth WA including Hillarys Beach Club and Bar Ole. We are looking to expand our finance team with a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Receivable Officer. If you have experience managing accounts payable and receivables and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and review all invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain supplier records and update payment terms as needed
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Raise Sales invoices and ensure payments received for private functions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Respond to general enquires and resolve any issues related to payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient payment processing
- Prepare reports and analysis of accounts activities
- Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable roles
- Strong knowledge of accounts processes and procedures
- Experience with XERO accounting software preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $54,945.25 - $64,948.70 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
