**About the role**:
Home Instead are seeking a Care Services Support professional to play a vital role in the daily coordination of client services and external purchases. Operating within our Perth North & South Offices, you will manage a variety of administrative processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and ordering goods and services.

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you assist various areas of the business with administrative and clerical tasks. We emphasize building extraordinary relationships and delivering the highest quality service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Representation & Communication**:Promote the Home Instead brand and culture through all interactions, building trust, taking the lead, and showing compassion. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable responses to incoming calls and assist clients, CAREGivers, and approved service providers.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing client review packs, maintaining client and CAREGiver lists, scanning and filing documents, and preparing cards and gifts for clients and CAREGivers.
- **Order & Purchase Management**:Support Approved Service Providers (ASP) orders and external purchases, ensuring compliance with Home Care Package guidelines.** **Handle purchase** **order requests, follow up on orders, and assist with cancellations, amendments, and accounts payable queries.
- **Data Management & System Accuracy**:Enter and maintain accurate information in the Relationship Management System (RMS) for clients, CAREGivers, and ASPs, ensuring data integrity and supporting the effective matching of clients and CAREGivers.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services
- Great customer service manner
- Strong administration skills in Microsoft Office & Database experience
- Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills
