What is the role?
We’re seeking a Fashion Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office.
In this role, you’ll support the brand’s creative vision by delivering trend-aware fashion designs that elevate product desirability, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance market performance.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Fashion Designer you’ll**:

- Design innovative and original garments
- Select premium fabrics and trims
- Create accurate garment sketches and range boards
- Oversee final fittings and product approvals
- Collaborate with Product Developers
- Conduct regular market research and trend forecasting
- Participate in fittings
- Provide daily fabric and trim approvals
- Ensure consistency and originality across all designs

Who We’re Looking For
**We’re seeking someone who has**:

- A bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field
- 3 years’ experience in Fashion Designer or similar role
- Understanding of garment construction and fitting processes
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Upper-Intermediate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Yardage design skills
- Technical drawing skills
