**Organisation**:
Reputable and global medical technology company specialising in the design and manufacturing of medical equipment.

As a leading provider & pioneers in the in the medical space they offer a range of medical implants and other products related to Arthroscopic surgery;
This role is office based in North Sydney

**Role**:

- Servicing major public and private hospitals, including specialist clinics in the whole of NSW.
- Assist the Sales Team, Hospitals and Customer Service team and to advise on the availability of implants and instruments to all Hospitals and Sales Reps and provide phone support to the team for their surgical procedures.
- Logistics organisation of Medical equipment
- SAP computer software knowledge
- Liaises closely with Head Office Customer support team and the Sales Representatives in the region.
- Maintain customer records detailing customer history and Stocktake.
- Liaise with the Technical centre in regards to repairs and changeover systems or components.
- Provide knowledge of products and surgical techniques related to the use of the products

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service experience (Essential)
- SAP experience is a must (Essential)
- Experience in Medical or Health industry (Essential)
- Can commit full-time in Office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
