The Reserve Bank of Australia are looking for a switched-on team player who is keen to drive solutions for complex problems individually and in a team-based environment. In the Team Leader (Applications Developer) position, you will manage a team of developers and work closely with change delivery and shared services to deliver important enhancements, maintenance, support to our services. About the role- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to best practices within an Agile framework.- Stakeholder Management: Work in collaboration with business analysts, testers and delivery managers to driver delivery outcomes.- Platform Management: Collaborate with the delivery and support teams to manage and resolve platform issues, keeping the platform up to date with the latest features and security patches.- Agile Development and Delivery: Assist in developing and implementing new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage development tasks.- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage demand, and provide updates on progress, testing, risks, and issues.- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure changes follow structured testing and change management processes to minimise risk.- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.
