**Job Description**:
As Aussie Relationship Manager, you will work collaboratively with Aussie Home Loans ARMs on acquisition and relationship-based activities, with the objective of developing broker relationships and maximising Aussie Home Loans sales. This head office role will provide brokers with greater access to specialised support while giving ARM’s greater capacity for face-to-face broker activities.
**What you will get to be part of**
- Develop and implement sales plans based on insight and analysis, working with distribution teams, to achieve Aussie Home Loans sales targets
- Regular visits and contact with regional sales offices and franchisees with primary focus of increasing mortgage volumes for Aussie Home Loans branded product
- Query resolution including credit and policy scenarios, funder escalations; the Aussie Home Loans product expert and ARM point of contact for day to day issues
- Training and coaching of brokers to support process, policy or regulatory change and new product rollouts
- Actively identify and drive improvements in Aussie Home Loans' quality of loan submission
- Ownership of broker experience regarding the Aussie Home Loans brand
- Manage relationships with key Aussie stakeholders e.g. State and Sales Managers, L&D, Credit Coaches to ensure effective representation of the Aussie Home Loans product
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all company policies, risk appetite, and legislative requirements, including NCCP
**Qualifications**:
- A strong understanding and affinity with sales environments
- Business acumen and analytical skills, strong communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in the end to end leadership of risk management in complex corporate environments
- Work collaboratively with other BU’s and team members to ensure risks are identified and actions are taken to delivery sustainable results.
- Ability to always ask ‘Should We?’, not just ‘Can We?’, to deliver better customer outcomes.
- Results orientation and a passion for understanding the consumer and driving increased profit levels through the business
**Experience that will help you succeed in the role**
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Relationship Sales Manager
- Experience in a mortgage broking organization with a detailed knowledge of credit and credit policies
