Bluegrass BBQ Eatons Hill is searching for experienced Wait Staff.

Having been in operation for over 6 years, Bluegrass BBQ Eatons Hill is looking to bring onboard some new FoH team mates.
We are a full service dine in and takeaway restaurant where we highly value our team members.

We have one of our senior team members moving overseas which has created an opening for someone to join us and continue in our success. This position is to move you into a leadership role.

What we are looking for:

- someone with experience in the full service restaurant environment
- experience and success in leading a team
- team members that are reliable and commit to delivering the best outcomes for both our guests and the FoH team
- be customer focused
- an ability to work within a team and autonomously
- preferably Bar experienced and to hold, or be willing to attain, your RSA
- An eye for detail and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our guests get the best BBQ experience
- continue to assist/partake in the direction of the FoH team and business overall

Pay: $23.23 - $42.91 per hour
