Le Bon Choix are currently seeking a full-time Human Resource Adviser to join our professional team, as we have recently expanded into newer stores. We are a forever growing company with numerous stores around Queensland, and we need an experienced professional to provide staffing and HR administration services for our business. As we are expanding our stores and wholesale customers across south east Queensland, there are opportunities available for the right person.

Ø Upkeeping employee records and maintaining human resource information systems

Ø Offering guidance and information to management on workplace relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Ø Organizing staff inductions and providing details on employment conditions, salaries, and promotion opportunities.

Ø Delivering general HR advice and frontline support to managers and staff in all departments.

Ø Working with upper management to develop, implement, monitor, and assess HR strategies, policies, and plans to fulfill the company’s needs.

Ø Advising on and supporting the implementation of effective recruitment, selection, induction, training, and development practices.

Ø Assisting with or overseeing occupational health and safety, employee engagement, and staff development initiatives.

Ø Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ø Participating in or leading HR projects and initiatives.

Ø Be fluent in both English and French - Written and Spoken.

Ø This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.

Ø This position is _not open_ for those looking to start out in the industry; you must have experience in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Ø Indicative salary: $85.000 pa + Superannuation
