**Responsibilities**:
Inspect work areas to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:
Own vehicle for transportation to job sites.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:
