This is a rare and exciting, newly created position, which will give the right talented individual the opportunity to re-shape the way we communicate and lead the strategy on the Change Communications Digital Channels to provide the best colleague experience. This is a highly influential role which ultimately helps drive colleague awareness, engagement and adoption of change and in turn boosts customer advocacy.
**The primary purpose of this role is -**
- Support the rollout and embedding of Change and Communications across Personal Bank
- Manage a team who will design and deliver digital change and communications solutions to ensure the knowledge and information that colleagues need is easily accessible and as seamless as possible
- Manage and enhance our existing channels supporting the development and delivery of new channels while partnering with Change Leads from PB and other Divisions to ensure channel effectiveness and maximise value
- Support and implement the team prioritisation and delivery cadence, aligning with the change portfolio and Change LT (planning, resourcing, delivery and tracking result)
- Run scans on best practices in the market to ensure we are maximising opportunities to deliver engaging experiences that make things better for colleagues
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement to uplift channel performance, culture, communications and operating effectiveness
As an inspiring and detail orientated leader, you will use your passion and tenacity in everything you do. You will prioritise initiatives and manage competing priorities while making key decisions for the business unit. You will have proven ability to manage relationships across multiple levels of the business, including Executives, Heads of, Business Unit Managers and various stakeholders across the wider NAB Group - The ability to collaborate, influence and effectively maintain these relationships is pivotal to success in this role.
**Additional skills will include -**
- Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
- Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex and changing environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create an engaging colleague experience with actionable recommendations to keep making it better over time
- Extensive Change, Communications or Channel management experience
- Experience in channel development and working with digital communication tools
- Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications
- People leadership experience
- A can-do attitude and a love of all things Change and Communications
