A proven track record of commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills is required. At least 10 years of digital experience is preferred, with 5+ years of demonstrable leadership skills and experience leading teams and reporting to senior stakeholders.

This role involves overseeing digital Martech, digital user experiences, and digital marketing across owned and paid media channels. The successful candidate will develop a multi-year digital roadmap and plan for a new website enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement A/B testing on creatives and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance website performance, landing page effectiveness, and form conversions.
  • Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement using data visualization tools and tracking solutions to inform marketing strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
