Position: Diploma Qualified and Certificate III Qualified Educators

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 6 weeks - 6 years.
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the center's curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through individual and group activities.
- Collaborate with the team to assess children's progress, document observations, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and a sense of community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to health, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
