We're recruiting passionate Certificate 3 & Diploma Qualified educators for a child-centred, learning-driven, Jewish school located in Dover Heights. This ELC is a place filled with love and warmth where every child is seen and celebrated as an individual. Developing self-esteem and confidence is a major focus of the educators and one that is in deep accordance with Jewish principles of teaching children and encouraging them on their unique journey.
The curriculum embraces their Jewish traditions which is intertwined within the daily life of their Early Learning, fostering a strong sense of identity and wellbeing. It is their emphasis on Judaism that sets them apart. The Early Learning is connected to a school and a wider community. Students from the Primary and High School often come and visit the children and engage in activities with them, which is one of the most treasured times of the day. There is a powerful and meaningful feeling of inclusivity in being part of a school community in which the children are integral and much-loved.

**Your new role**
**This Early Learning is a place filled with love and warmth where every child is seen and celebrated as an individual. They are renowned for the warmth of their educators for whom the wellbeing of the children is paramount. As an educator you will encourage and participate in Learning through play which offers children the ability to learn as they engage in imaginative play, experimentation, and improvisation, and through the exploration of their environment. Your role will be to collaborate with an experienced and passionate team to support a high-quality education & care program in this setting and champion the programme in a creative and holistic manner. Many of their teachers and educators have been part of the Early Learning family for many years, and they see this as not just a job, but a passion, and for the students, it’s a home away from home.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate III & Diploma Qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to develop an understanding of, and support Jewish ethos
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- A commitment to best practice and decision-making abilities
- Possess a genuine interest in providing children with a great educational start in life and a passion for working with children.
