Integration Technical Lead

Our Enterprise Technology & System Integration team brings together skills in intelligent automation, data engineering, software integration and cloud platforms to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. We also draw on KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to help unlock the full potential of existing and new technology investments.

**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across a diverse range of enterprise systems. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering robust integration solutions and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the integration delivery lifecycle - from solution design through to development, deployment, and transition to support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration development team, guiding best practices and removing technical roadblocks.
- Perform and review technical designs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and security requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to scope and plan delivery activities and commit to achievable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration standards, patterns, and delivery quality

- Proven experience in integration platform delivery (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar).
- Strong background in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and microservices.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Solid experience in solution design and working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues quickly and effectively.
- A track record of promoting best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation across integration teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
