Are you a technical leader passionate about driving service excellence and mentoring high-performing teams? We’re looking for a **Regional Technical Lead** to join our **Managed Services** division and provide leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction for our regional workforce.

**About the Role**

As a **Regional Technical Lead**, you will be responsible for ensuring that service delivery through both **Managed Services and Project Services** aligns with best practices. You’ll work closely with our **Technicians and Service Delivery Managers**, acting as a key escalation point for technical performance and service issues.

In addition to providing hands-on leadership, you’ll collaborate with **Resource Management** to map the skills of your regional team, ensuring that workloads are effectively distributed to meet **customer, business, and individual needs** at the highest level

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Leadership** - Guide, mentor, and support the regional technical workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
**Service Delivery & Escalation Management** - Act as a focal point for escalations related to technical performance and delivery issues.
**Resource & Skills Planning** - Work closely with Resource Management to track technical skills within the region and ensure optimal workload distribution.
**Best Practice Alignment** - Ensure all service and project deliveries adhere to industry best practices.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management** - Liaise with internal teams and customers to drive outstanding service outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in a **Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or similar leadership role** within a **Managed Services or IT Services** environment.
- Strong background in **technical service delivery**, troubleshooting, and supporting **enterprise IT environments**.
- Ability to manage escalations effectively, providing clear guidance and technical direction.
- Experience in **resource planning**, workforce management, and skill development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
