**The Opportunity**
Solutions+ is seeking an experienced Microsoft Technical Lead to drive the success and growth of our Microsoft Business Unit. Reporting to the General Manager - Microsoft, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and lead a high-performing team, ensure project excellence, and foster innovation in delivering Microsoft customisation and integrated solutions.

This hands-on leadership role combines technical excellence, team mentorship, and strategic delivery oversight. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects and support obligations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

**Key Outcomes of the Role**
Lead and mentor the Microsoft Technical Team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
Working closely with our PMO to oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritisation of deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects and support tickets.
Support hands-on development and integration activities, contributing technical expertise as needed.
Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to package solutions and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in delivery capabilities.
Drive research and development efforts to enhance product creation and integration methodologies.

**About You**
You will bring:

- 5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics integrated solutions, or 10+ years in other ERP systems.
- Strong Expertise in AL and C/AL programming, development and testing processes.
- Experience in automated testing, Azure DevOps, and Azure services such as Azure Service Bus and Azure functions are highly desirable.
- Proven capability in solution architecture, workshop facilitation, and technical leadership.
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing technical teams, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance technical priorities with business outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
