**The Role**
We are on the lookout for an energetic and autonomous Assistant Store Manager to join our Fairfield team. We're searching for a person with a can-do attitude who loves clothing and the chase of a sale, has a passion for developing a team, and most importantly is able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our Customers.
Working in partnership with the Store Manager, this role leads and drives a team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store.

Your role is to be a "people focused"_**Assistant Store Manager**_ to lead and drive the team to deliver outstanding results, and exceed sales goals and profit for your store.
To succeed in this role you must be a leader who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower your team.
- You will be able to demonstrate taking responsibility for inspiring a team to create a real sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
- You will have experience in managing a team in a retail or customer service setting and will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.
- You will be able to demonstrate your commercial acumen in driving sales, reducing costs and delivering profit, with a well-planned and organised approach.
- You are adaptive and resourceful in executing visual merchandising solutions that produce results.
- You will enjoy making the working environment fun and ensuring team members are engaged.
