The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies is a privately owned and operated Registered Training Organisation based in Shailer Park, Brisbane and has been in operation for over 20 years.
Since opening in February 2002 we have offered and delivered a range of nationally recognised courses specialising in Early Childhood Qualifications, Professional Development training and Food Safety Supervisor Training. The College is state of the art with its purpose built training rooms, resource facilities and professionally qualified Trainers.

**Position details**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and well established RTO and play a leading role in the direction and growth of the business. The RTO Manager is responsible for new student and business acquisition across all delivery modes at AEICS. You will work with the Lead Trainer and General Manager to drive new business opportunities and markets, promoting AEICS as a high quality training provider. You will have a passion for leadership, and share and embed this vision of success amongst your trainers to drive business success and achieve shared goals.

**Skills and requirements**
- Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers
- Identify and develop opportunities in target markets
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients
- Providing specialist advice on the products and/or services of AIECS.
- Work with our trainers towards a share vision
- Be double vaccinated against covid-19

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
