**Frizelle Sunshine Automotive** is part of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, one of Australia's largest multi-franchise automotive dealer groups. Due to expansion and growth throughout our business we are currently recruiting additional **Service Advisors** for our **Robina Dealership**.

**What the role entails**:

- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
- Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
- Being a champion of objections - There is always a positive outcome
- Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or
- Experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles highly desired
- Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive person who presents professionally - Appearance is everything
- Experience in a Department where KPIs are used
- Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
- Ability to sell additional work as required - Overcome objections
- A person who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences
- Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us
- Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus in customer experiences
