**The Role**:
The ICT Australia Country Manager is a new and exciting key leadership position, with overall responsibility for driving the growth of the Australian business. The role will oversee all aspects of ICT’s operations across the country, including sales and customer support functions.

Responsible for the efficient operation throughout the customer lifecycle, the Country Manager will possess deep knowledge of the access control or broader security industry in Australia.

Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary team is vital, including creating a high-performance culture that is collaborative and results oriented.

This position will report to the CEO based in NZ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of ICT Australia - including customer services, technical support, customer training and warehousing activities.
- Delivery of growth through existing customer network, account management of key strategic relationships.
- Planning and acquisition of new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Overseeing sales budgets and resources, including sales forecasting, expense management, and inventory management.
- People management including recruiting, training, and performance.
- Implementation of operational policies and procedures that ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Effectively communicates with department heads and other key internal stakeholders globally, ensuring that ICT Australia needs are understood and addressed.
- Ensuring excellent service levels and quality are maintained, consistent with all relevant Service Level Agreements.
- Mentors and develops direct reports and drives a culture of professionalism and development across ICT Australia.
