The role

Reporting to the General Manager - Sourcing and Supply Chain, the purpose of the role is to manage the holistic underlying critical paths of the Group (by brand).

You will engage with key stakeholders across each of the key functions across critical path (design, merchandise, planning, supply and retail) to reduce product lead times.

Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit a highly commercially astute and passionate supply chain leader.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Manages end-to-end holistic view of critical paths by brand, rolled up to Group for review
- Responsible for Group critical path success
- Identifies and mitigates risk associated with critical path
- Effectively communicates and problem solves on critical path activity
- Engages with key stakeholders across each of the key functions across critical path (design, merch, planning, supply and retail) to reduce product lead times
- Project manage and partner with our executive teams on the business opportunities
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong industry experience in either Strategic sourcing or Supply chain
- Knowledge of supply chain, product lifecycle (design inspiration to sale/ destroy)
- Experience in managing key, ongoing timelines
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk
- An understanding and experience in Retail industry
- An understanding of general business practices
