This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to come in at the ground level, take ownership of their role, and directly impact our company's success. We are looking for you to come to us with a plan and show us how to move forward. **About the Role**: This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for creating your own sales strategy and building your own customer base. We're looking for a "hunter" who is excited by the prospect of bringing in new clients. Your primary goal is to **increase sales**—this growth is most likely to come through new customers rather than growing existing ones. - **Autonomy**: You will manage your own schedule and decide how to achieve your sales targets. - **Support**: We will provide you with all the product knowledge and sales history you need to be successful. - **Flexibility**: We can be flexible on hours of work depending on our alignment of goals. **Compensation & Rewards**: This role is structured to reward your success directly and substantially. We offer: - A generous **10% commission** on all sales made by you. - Reimbursement for the use of your own vehicle. **About You**: You are a self-starter with a proven track record of finding and closing new business. You don't need a specific background in chemistry, but you must be a great communicator who is motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up. - Proven ability to generate new leads and build a sales pipeline. - A results-driven mindset. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Resilient and motivated by the potential for high-level earnings. - To perform this role, you will need a license and your own car.
