**About the Role**:
**The role is to ensure the provision of a high-quality innovative educational program that meets the individual needs of children aged from birth to 6 years and ensure that all interactions with the children are positive, respectful and friendly.**
**Skills, experience and certificates**:
- **Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010), Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.**:
- **Awareness of the cultural needs of families.**:
- **Ability to manage time effectively.**:
- **Ability to prioritise tasks.**:
- **Ability to maintain written records and write reports relating to program goals and child development.**:
- **Knowledge and understanding of mandatory Reporting requirements**:
- **Demonstrated ability to adhere to Banyule City Councils values**:
- **Current, recognised First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates are essential**
