Stratton Early Learning Centre is a privately owned family orientated 62 place Centre.

We are looking for a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our family. As a member of our team, you will be implementing educational programs for children in our centre. This position is available as either part time or casual. We are looking for someone to work approx 3 days per week between the centres opening hours of 6.30am to 6pm.

**Essential Duties**
- Supervise and provide the best possible education care to our children
- Promote positive working relationships with our families
- Provide learning opportunities for all children through intentional teaching and play-based learning
- Provides and maintains a safe, healthy, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for all children, preventing injuries and handling emergencies appropriately.
- Take personal ownership of your working environment and the quality of care provided to all children.

Minimum Requirements
- WWC
- First Aid Certificate
- Diploma in Children's Services or Cert III and working towards a Diploma or prepared to sign up for your Diploma
- At least 2 years previous experience in childcare
- A positive and professional demeaner and a passion for early education and childcare
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and the ability to continuously improve the service and quality of care and education
- The ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
- Experience in delivering quality early education and care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build and foster meaningful relationships with children and families

**Job Type**: Part-time
