We are currently seeking Educational Leader/Diploma Room Leader who are passionate about early childhood education and care.

Sponsorship visa will be also available **if you are qualified & experienced in Australia**, and meet the eligibility.

**As an Educational Leader**:

- Recognised Early Childhood Qualification (Bachelor of Teaching/Education, or Diploma Qualification)
- Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
- Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong understanding of childcare compliance
- Current First Aid and CPR Training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Room Leader Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ECT Qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
