**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide robust leadership and guidance to our team of passionate educators and support staff.
- Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children.
- Design and implement innovative curriculum programs fostering holistic child development.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Manage administrative duties such as budgets, enrollment, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining exemplary health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar leadership capacity within a childcare setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with and dedication to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and WWCC (or the ability to obtain them).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
