The Role

Our Aerospace client requires the provision of

strategic commercial leadership and business support within the Systems Program Office (SPO) Project Management Unit (PMU).

Reporting to the SPO Project Manager, outcomes to be delivered include:
Review the project contract performance management framework and provide commercial advice as required.

Advise the Commonwealth with their management of sustainment contracts and advise on risks and issues.

Drafting and negotiation of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and Survey and Quotes (S&Qs).

Support the Commonwealth in formal negotiations with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), including preparation of documents and review of correspondence, as directed by the PMU.

Maintain the Contract Management Plan (CMP) and associated artefacts.

Provide ad hoc support to the Business Finance Manager and the Contracts Manager as required.

This role requires a current NV1 Security Clearance and is located at RAAF Amberley.
