We are currently seeking a **friendly, mature, and reliable receptionist** to join our dedicated team at a busy and well-established medical centre. This casual role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills, and values providing exceptional patient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner

Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings

Processing Medicare and private billing

Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative files

Supporting medical staff with general administrative tasks

Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-organised

**About You**:
Mature, professional, and well-presented

Previous experience in medical reception or a similar front-desk role is preferred

Comfortable using medical software in particular Best Practice, or similar

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional mornings, afternoons, and cover for staff leave
