**About this position**

The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team.

**What we are looking for**

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)
- Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phone
- A positive and friendly attitude

Applicants must be available to work weekends, early morning and evening shifts.

**Essential requirements**
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid (including CPR)
