About this position

The City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team.

What we are looking for

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)
• Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and experience in cash handling and banking procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phone
• A positive and friendly attitude

Applicants must be available to work weekends, early morning and evening shifts.

Essential requirements

• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid (including CPR)
• National Police Clearance (no more than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
