We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (ICT Sales Representative) for this full time role to play a strategic role in advancing Abrantix’s growth in the Australian market. You will drive sales of our core products, foster long-term client relationships, and represent Abrantix as a trusted partner in the payment technology industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- **Sales & Business Development**
Identify and qualify business clients, lead end-to-end sales (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing).
- **Promote Abrantix Solutions**
Demonstrate the value of our software engineering products and services, including terminal software, gateways, protocols, and certifications.
- **Client Relationship & Account Management**
Build trust-based stakeholder relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and maintain CRM records of sales activity.
- **Market Intelligence**
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies.
- **Events & Networking**
Represent Abrantix at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Skills & Experience Required
- At least 5 years of proven experience in ICT or fintech sales, ideally in payment technologies.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation software solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across Australia as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT, Business, Marketing, FinTech, or a related field; OR
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
