**About the Role**
In your role as a Payroll Project Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing compliance with relevant Payroll requirements as we roll out a new workforce and payroll system. This is a 6 months contract and will provide operational support for our network of staff across both our Medical Practices as well as our Support Office.
**Specific responsibilities include**:
- Assist in Data Migration and integration of new payroll and workforce management system.
- Reviewing and validation of Data and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in payroll system testing and testing of awards.
- Assist in roll of out of training nationally on new Workforce Management system.
- Assist in communication and data validation with all
employees.
- Assist in the roll out of new payroll and WFM system.
- Assist in adhoc queries in relation to the implementation Humanforce Management
- Following implementation of the project, provide support to review implementation goals have been achieved.
- Provide ongoing systems support to all Myhealth employees.

**What will make you successful..**
- Experience working across Payroll and HR processes
- Experience with HR Reporting and Analytics
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience with Tanda, Humanforce and IntelliHR is highly regarded but not required.
- A positive mindset and enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently
