**About the role**
This role is a 24 month fixed term opportunity and is just what you need to kickstart your career The Inductions Administrator Trainee provides administration support for the NSM One Learning Induction portal, to ensure timely processing of Inductions for NSM employees, Repair agents and Alliance Industry Partners.
Responsibilities could include:
- Point of contact for One learning system issues;
- Processing inductions;
- Maintain accurate recording of data;
- Taking incoming calls;
- Any other adhoc administration duties as required.
**Ideally you will have**
- Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a Defence security clearance;
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to obtain an Induction Card (White Card);
- Capability to self-motivate and manage own time in accordance with deadlines and priorities.

This position will work within our subsidiary Naval Ship Management (NSM), which provides asset management solutions to the Australian maritime sector. Working closely with supply chain partners, NSM provides cost-effective and responsive solutions that optimise the availability, capability, and seaworthiness of critical maritime assets. NSM supports assets across the Royal Australian Navy’s fleet - most notably the Anzac Class Frigates as a member of the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA) and the Canberra Class Landing Helicopter Docks (LHD), LHD Landing Craft (LLC) and associated assets as the Asset Class Prime Contractor.
