**About the role**:
This opportunity will see you provide support, maintenance, and optimisation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system components to deliver upon business priorities. You will also act as a key contact to manage the relationship with technology vendor partners and resolve incidents and escalations as they arise.

Play a key role in helping us plan and deliver the future strategic direction of ERP system improvement initiatives to maintain a strong and robust ERP environment. Some key responsibilities include:

- Configuration of system changes where possible and appropriate.
- User access management and maintenance of system parameters.
- Build strong relationships and work closely with third party vendors to enable the resolution of issues to be effectively and efficiently managed.
- Maintenance of comprehensive systems documentation and business rules.
- Coordinate and plan the review of software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.
- Provide maintenance and support for the end-to-end data flows and integrations with other systems.
- Support with the delivery of new functionality and enhancements to core information systems to support improved customer and user experience.
- Participate in relevant Information Systems User Groups and support the delivery of enhancements that are requested.

- Proven expertise in technology service availability, performance, and capacity.
- Customer focus - able to deal with internal clients in a positive manner and able to influence the voice of the customer across the business.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with Third Party Vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate a customer experience need into system design and business requirements.
- Good influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to explore alternatives to reach outcomes that are supported and accepted by various parties.
- C Class driver’s license.
- **Highly regarded**; Previous experience administering a finance or HR/Payroll system, experience in Technology One
