**What You’ll Do**- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Conducting estate condition assessments and asset data verification audits at Defence sites.- Validating and maintaining asset information in Defence estate systems (e.g., GEMS, DEIS, WMS).- Engaging with internal teams, subcontractors, and Defence stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.- Preparing and submitting appraisal reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.- Promoting Downer’s Zero Harm values and ensuring all activities comply with WHS and environmental legislation.

**What You’ll Bring**- Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent (mandatory).- Demonstrated experience in asset auditing, condition assessment, and data analysis.- Diploma of Asset Management Planning, construction, engineering, or facilities management qualification (desirable).- Asbestos Awareness, White Card, and site access credentials (desirable).- Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
