**The Role**:
Our ACT team is looking for a Business Banker, that has had lending experience for small to medium sized business customers to manage an outperforming diversified portfolio. You will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of well-established customers in growth mode, whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships.

**Day to day you will**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market
- Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans and new ideas
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
- Work with specialist team members with the same kind of fierce dedication and focus that our customers have
