We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Disability Support Workers** to join our team, supporting participants in Woolloomooloo NSW 2011. This is a community-based, in-person role, working directly in participants’ homes and out in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
- Assist participants with community access, social activities, and appointments.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and choice in line with individual NDIS goals.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and follow support plans.
- Uphold professional boundaries and NDIS Code of Conduct standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (desirable but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach to working with people.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to travel locally between Belmore, Marrickville, and Earlwood.
