TEAM LEADER for NEW PIZZA FRANCHISE

Team Leaders are the stars of our **business**. The **team** can only ever be as good as it's **leader** and finding and training the best people we can for the smooth running of our business. Minimum 2 years experience in pizza industry

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven with excellent communication and management skills that will assist in the day to day running of our venue.

**Key skills we are after: -**
- Prior experience in a managerial position
- Knowledge of food and beverage and all aspects of hospitality.
- Excellent communication, delegation and management skills
- Driven, self-aware and results focused
- Passionate and driven to help the business succeed and maintain its high reputation.
- Friendly with good customer service.

**Your job role and responsibilities will include: -**
- Leading and encouraging the team
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Undertaking all basic staff management duties including stock control, ordering and staff roaster
- Hiring & Training staff
- You must be available 5 days a week including weekends, you can pick your hours.
- Uniform is provided
- $50 meal allowance per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
