**Our offer**:

- Permanent full-time appointment.
- Salary of $69,778.13 to $71,893.28 p.a. depending on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- 10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement. Broken shift allowance (w
- applicable).
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
- 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for full & part-time employees.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months service).
- Study Leave opportunities.
- Up to 95% Discount on WCS Children’s Services Programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A valid and up to date Working with Vulnerable person card (WWVP Card).
- A current First Aid Certificate HLTAID012 with Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Advanced skills, knowledge and experience in early childhood development.
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills, combined with pro-active hands-on attitude.
- Excellent comprehension of English.
- Considerable experience in documentation and planning in accordance with the EYLF.
