**About the Role**

As an F&B Attendant, you will be a key part of our High Tea service team, responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude and assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring the timely delivery of High Tea service.
- Serving a variety of teas, pastries, sandwiches, and other delicacies with attention to detail and presentation.
- Anticipating guests’ needs and providing personalized, attentive service throughout their High Tea experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and ensuring all service areas are stocked.
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assisting with additional tasks as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment.
- Customer service experience, with a particular interest in delivering high-end service in a fine dining or high tea setting.
- A passion for hospitality and attention to detail, especially in providing impeccable High Tea experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and some evenings.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
- A strong understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
