**The Opportunity**:
Due to steady business growth in our Trade/ Industrial channels, we have developed a unique Hybrid role as part of our sales team servicing Commercial, Industrial, trade and Automotive Workshop customers. The primary responsibilities of this exciting new role are to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the XXXXX area.

**As a Key Account Manager your duties will include (but not be limited to)**:
- Manage the territory in line with Napa's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
- Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth.
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate:
- Industry Account Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors:

- Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
