We are seeking a Forwarding Account Executive, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring smooth coordination across all international freight forwarding activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as their trusted logistics partner
  • Coordinate air, sea, and road freight forwarding operations end-to-end
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and add value to client supply chains
  • Prepare quotes, manage rate negotiations, and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Resolve any operational issues promptly, maintaining a proactive communication style
  • Collaborate internally to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

  • Experience in international freight forwarding (import/export)
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with freight management systems and industry documentation
  • A team-oriented attitude with a drive to go above and beyond for clients
