We’re Hiring a NDIS Support Coordinator

**Service Area**: Perth - SOR
**Hours**: Part-time (2-3 days per week) with the option to grow your caseload.
**Work Arrangements**: Flexible work-from-home options to fit your lifestyle.
**About the Role**: As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting participants with the services they need to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with individuals, tailoring support to help them thrive and navigate their NDIS journey.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in support coordination or a related role
- A good understanding of the NDIS framework and funding model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for empowering others
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to partipants changing needs
- Allied Health background preferred
- Must have a valid licence and reliable vehicle
