**Your new company**

Our client is a well-established, respected road safety business. They have a dedicated team committed to reducing on-road risk for fleet operators and the driver community by developing and providing risk-identifying information coupled with behaviour changing solutions.

Due to growth of the business, they require two committed Accounts Officers to join their team on the southern end of the Gold Coast. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume, busy environment. Their diverse workplace offers ongoing support within a fast-paced environment, giving you the opportunity to take that next step in your career. This company has a strong reputation with a long-term strategy of expansion in place.

**Your new role**
- Prepare end-of-month client subscription billing.
- Generate client invoices for subscriptions, installation work, and hardware. Approximately 250 per month.
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor cash flow. Escalate overdue accounts.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow entries
- Assist with monthly and annual reporting cycles

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent knowledge of MYOB
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, and advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience within the Logistics/Transport industry is highly advantageous
