**Disability Support Worker - Spinal Cord Injury**
**Permanent Part-Time | 67 hours per fortnight | Immediate Start**

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting a **male client** with a spinal cord injury requiring high care needs.

**About the Role**
You will provide personalised support in the client’s home, including:

- Personal care (hygiene and grooming)
- Bowel care and catheter care
- PEG feeding and medication administration
- Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
- Supporting independence and quality of life

**Shifts Permanent Part-Time**
**67 hours per fortnight set toster**
- **Week 1**:

- Tuesday: 19:00 to 22:00
- Wednesday: 22:00 to 08:00 (active overnight)
- Thursday: 22:00 to 08:00 (active overnight)
- **Week 2**:

- Monday: 06:00 to 14:30
- Tuesday: 22:00 to 08:00 (active overnight)
- Friday: 06:00 to 14:30
- Saturday: 06:00 to 14:30
- Sunday: 06:00 to 14:30

**_Please note: All shifts must be completed in full by the same support worker. Commitment to the full roster is essential and cannot be amended._**

**Pay Rates**:

- (SCHADS Award - Permanent Part-Time, Above Award + Leave Entitlements)_
- Day shift: $34.19
- Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon-Fri): $38.46
- Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon-Fri): $39.32
- Saturday: $51.29
- Sunday: $68.38
- Public holiday: $85.48

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working With Children Check (Employee)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
