Your role

This role is accountable for supporting and uplifting our privileged access management practice, including managing the CyberArk privileged access management platform.

This role will have end to end responsibility for helping to uplift the identity and access governance and administration capabilities. This will include the delivery and support of privileged access management solutions, identity governance and administration solutions and access management solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and drive opportunities to improve IGA, IAM and PAM practices.

Implement solutions in the areas of automated provisioning, identity governance, role, management, federation, single sign on and privileged access management.

Proactively monitor and remediate operational issues with all services supported by the IAM team, which include the tools CyberArk, Sailpoint IdentityNow and Okta Customer Access Management.

Deploy security patches and upgrades for the IAM supported platforms in line with SLAs.

Reduce the risk by implementing and expanding the coverage of IGA, IAM and PAM controls.

About you
Experience, capability, and qualifications
- Ability to clearly document and communicate processes, procedures, technical designs, options, risks, impacts and business value to technical, business and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple, conflicting demands, to work under pressure and, throughout, endeavour to maintain service continuity in key business systems
- Strong, open communication within the team is vital. Each member of the team must be most supportive of their peers, giving and taking advice and feedback in an honest, open environment and striving to improve knowledge and competency of self and team.
- Certification in CyberArk privileged access management products
- Experience in implementing and supporting CyberArk's privileged access management products
- Experience with Azure identity and security products
- Experience in implementing or supporting an Identity Governance Administration tool such as Sailpoint
