**What’s the role?**

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded leader to join the Chief Brand and Marketing Office (CBMO) as Executive Manager, Commercial Growth & Strategic Solutions. This role is central to driving enterprise growth through smarter marketing, deep customer insights, and scalable commercial solutions across Westpac’s Consumer and Business divisions.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of integrated, data-led strategies embedding advanced analytics into core decision-making across marketing, consumer, and business functions, and drive innovation by growing a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering marketable, data-led solutions. Oversee the marketing commercialisation with a strong focus on risk governance and quality assurance. Essential to the role is partnering across the business to operationalise customer lifetime value models and optimise marketing channels. You'll be key in shaping strategic direction, aligning budgets, and establishing a risk capability that supports holistic, insight-driven decision-making aligned with customer, business, and brand goals.

You’ll also play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the Data & Analytics function partnering closely with stakeholders across Brand, Digital, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to deliver the customer agenda and uplift data maturity across the enterprise.

**What do I need?**
- Extensive experience in commercial strategy, marketing optimisation, and data-driven product development, with deep expertise in customer value management, applied analytics, and operational leadership across marketing, product, and digital domains.
- Strategic thinker with a strong track record of translating complex commercial and customer problems into actionable, insight-led solutions through structured frameworks, advanced modelling, and value-based prioritisation.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams, driving cross-functional delivery of growth initiatives, and facilitating executive-level forums that influence enterprise strategy and investment.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align diverse functions on strategic priorities, uplift analytical maturity, and embed performance-driven decisioning across the organisation.
