Permanent full time role as a Quality Systems Specialist with a rapidly growing food manufacturer. Daytime hours Mon-Fri in a supportive environment.

Hellers Australia and PERSOLKELLY ANZ are working together exclusively to recruit numerous permanent full-time positions based in Jandakot.

**The Role**

We are looking for individuals who have experience in a QA related food production environment and can perform the following:

- Partner with Technical Manager to develop, design and maintain the Food safety and Quality system
- Manage and maintain approved supplier and raw material documents.
- Conduct raw material risk assessment for food safety and VACCP risks.
- Manage food safety trends database: customer complaints, both internal and supplier non-conformance by partnering with Supplier, Quality team leader, production managers and maintenance to ensure effective close out of issues.
- Communicate customer complaints to production teams and follow up on actions
- Partner with Quality team in conducting Internal audits
- Participate in HACCP team activities.

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree in Food science or similar / food safety and quality systems experience.
- Solid background in food safety, quality assurance and risk assessment activities
- Internal audit and HACCP training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a QA related food production environment.
- Proficient in writing and updating of SOP's
- Self-motivated, proactive and a quick learner
