**Seaview Ford **(part of Eagers Automotive) is looking for a highly motivated
**Service**
**Receptionist **with exceptional organisational and customer service skills to join our team in
**Clarkson**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and scheduling support to the Service Department as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, filing and processing of documents and completing general administrative tasks for dealership personnel.

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**You will ideally possess**:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
