Looking to take your logistics career to new heights? Join a supplier of premium furniture as a **DC Manager** and lead the charge in their fast-paced distribution center.

You will be accountable for the efficient and timely outcomes of the centre, overseeing operations and fostering a positive team environment.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Oversee & maintain inventory accuracy through process controls of inbound, outbound and inventory management functions
- Forecast & plan resource requirements ensuring budget levels are met
- Manage all WHS activity to minimize incidents & LTIs
- Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers on a weekly basis
- Ability to improve processes where necessary
- Conduct toolbox talks & drive KPIs
- Ensure all employees are inducted & compliant prior to commencing

**The successful applicant;**
- 5+ years management experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent team management skills
- Ability to align the culture of the team with the companies vision
- LF license desirable
- Proven track record of improving efficiencies within a distribution environment
